Hex Creations LLC is a very small company that designs, produces, and sells scenery products to enhance your wargaming table top.

All of our products are cast by hand in a light tan resin that is strong but light.

I think it is a good idea that you know how we do things at Hex Creations LLC and also about what we have in the pipeline for upcoming releases.
Phase 1: IDEA Phase--What pops into my head! Right know I have been thinking about how to incorporate the two multi-section bridge miniatures produced by GHQ into Hex Creations upcoming Streams and Rivers line. Also I have been thinking about an overpass for the Roads product line and some urban terrain.

Phase 2: Desgn Phase -- I use a three dimensionsal parametric design program by Alibre Design to draw the product.

Phase 3: Prototyping Phase -- I send the product drawing to Redeye RPM, a three dimensional rapid prototyping service bureau, that will construct my design using one of two different three dimensional printing technlogies.

Phase 4: Mold Construction -- Once I have received the prototype and everything is the way that I want, I then construct a RTV Silicone mold for the product.

Phase 5: Production --Using the molds, I cast the product in a light tan resin supplied by Alumilte.

Phase 6: Preparing Decorated Samples -- I decorate the product using many different scenicing products. Currently on the workbench are ten river and stream products, three types of orchards, and fields.
